Freelancersforhire.com is a marketplace to connect buyers and service providers and does not directly participates in the actual transactions between the site users. We have no control over the accuracy or legality of postings made by users and recommend that site users exercise precaution and common sense when dealing with another user. Site users agree not to hold Freelancersforhire.com liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred by them as a consequence of the use of our services. Because we assist buyers and service providers to find each other, we are considered as the official facilitator for every project accepted through our site and charge a transaction fee.

Freelancersforhire.com charges transactions fee for the use of the site's services and reserves the right to change it anytime it deems necessary. Currently the only fee charged is 10% - minimum $5.00 per project - of the value of projects accepted through our site payable by service providers. Buyers pay no fee at present and there is no subscription charge of any kind. Payment processing fee is charged at 2.90% plus $0.30 per transaction for payment received through PayPal.com. A charge may be made applicable for processing credit card transactions or other form of payments.

All users are restricted from releasing their telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, URL and other such contact information to other users of the site until such time as one agrees to make a transaction with another user. At this time, the users who are a party to the transaction may release contact information only to the other user  who is a party to that transaction.

Freelancersforhire.com enables buyers to pay electronically to the applicable service provider and service providers to pay their transaction fees through their Freelancersforhire.com account.

Freelancersforhire.com will provide you a referral ID upon registration enabling you to earn the specified referral commission. The eligible transactions for this referral is a successful registration of a person as a buyer or service provider on the site. Each successful registration presently makes you eligible to receive a commission of $10.00 and $5.00 respectively. Such commission is credited to the users' Freelancersforhire.com account.

Service providers are required to send invoices through Freelancersforhire.com only for any project initiated through our site. Invoices may be sent for part amounts or for the full amount on completion of the project. Re-imbursement of out-of-pocket expenses such as travel, meals etc need not be invoiced through Freelancersforhire.com since these are not considered as service payment. Failure to invoice through Freelancersforhire.com will result in suspension of user's account. Buyers are only obligated to pay invoices which are sent through Freelancersforhire.com.

While requirement to invoice through Freelancersforhire.com is a condition for the use of this site, payments for services rendered may be made and received as agreed to between buyers and service providers; it need not necessarily be made through Freelancersforhire.com.

All users agree not to engage in any action or activity meant to circumvent our site or fees. Any user found to be engaging in such activity will have his/her account suspended.

Buyers and service providers should ascertain as to the applicability of any sales tax, value added tax or any other kind of tax on their transactions and to collect and report it as required by law.

PayPal.com and 2CheckOut.com credit card transaction are conducted in a safe and secure environment. You may enter your credit card number or other sensitive information using the encrypted server connection that employs SSL technology.

Any dispute between buyers and service providers will remain between them only and Freelancersforhire.com shall not be a party to such disputes and will not be obligated to take any action towards resolving them.

Freelancersforhire.com may, at its sole discretion, refuse to service or terminate anyone's registration privileges at the site without assigning any reason for doing so.

While registering for the use of the site's services, users are required to provide their name, address and e-mail address. This information is used solely for the purposes of administering the site and to provide services to the users. At no time shall we pass or sell this information to any third party other than as may be required of us by law. We may send e-mail communication to users including information that we think may be of interest to our users.

Freelancersforhire.com reserves the right to amend, modify or change these rules and policies anytime at its sole discretion and all users will be bound to adhere to such amendments, modification or changes.
